March 13, 2010 400am….Oh… 4:04am ….my husband getting back in bed?…. and I think  it’s 4:00am we have to get up… I have the flu and my fever is at an all time high….I hear the water in the shower going and realize oh..he is in the shower…oh it’s an earthquake being a long time relocated Californian I wait to see just how long it will  roll….  to see if I have to wake up my kid, yell to my hubby and get to safety….no…but that was a good one…..

As the rolling stopped I heard Gaia speaking to me …her gentle voice spreads though my thoughts like a warm inviting pool of water…”please assist me…there is much change happening and you all can participate in the change of this beloved planet…..  as the Spirit of Earth I am in trusted with the workings and as the stewards of this planet your intent can have a very powerful effect on the changes occurring….Ask others to join you in the work you have been doing in meditation to assist Earth in this “Walk of Beauty”…..”

I found it interesting that she used this particular term since my favorite quote is “Walk in Beauty” and (I use it as my tag)…..I said “yes” of course…not until today did I get the go ahead to actually put fingers to keyboard and send this….but as with all  perfect timing of Spirit…today is Earth Day!

I didn’t realize that these pictures were so nice(smile) they all have of a certain vibration to hold the intent of focus for that particular area that requires our assistance…so here we go…. …. join us as we reclaim the honor of being stewards of New Earth…..

Walk in Beauty…Peace…

As I was hanging my Husband’s clothes that I had just ironed in his closet  I heard “be still and know that I AM God”…this struck me in a way that it never had before…I always took it to mean to sit (physically…in meditation..or something along that vein…) but what occurred to me today is…the be still inside…so it does not matter what you are doing..it is the stillness within…. is where you know the DIVINE… by what ever name we call the Higher Power  we can meet that sweet stillness in the depths of ourselves….so then we can make every moment…sacred…the stillness…the ONENESS…

Hello beautiful one,

As 2010 flickers its way into our awareness, unshackled, unbounded by man made limitations behold within the pulse of its vibration unlimited possibilities ready to reveal itself in every areas of our life…….

Relationship – family, friend, lover, partner, and passerby – relationship is never in the label but rather in the connection. The connection shows up everywhere; a smile, a hug, a note, a word, a silent prayer. Attachment to labels only breeds expectations. The right connection shows up in our lives daily, supporting who we are and who we are willing to become. Support also comes from faces, places we will never see even words we will never hear are being done in support of who we are every moment. Let go of what you want things to be and accept things as they are and you will see the connections.

Finances – the value of money does not solely exist in its numerical value but also in its energetically field. How do you feel about it and the way you treat it, which is from the realm of thought which is energy, is how it will reveal itself in your life. So truly ask yourself what is my relationship with money? Look at reworking the relationship, honoring financial transactions and arrangements, spend with gratitude rather than means of acquiring something, give it away - you get back more than you give always, don’t let your fear restrict your flow. You live in a bountiful universe see that and you will bring forth that in your life.

Health – if we choose to nourish our bodies with healthy foods rather than emotionally feeding we create the right condition for our cells and organs to replenish themselves. Pouring daily doses of laughter, meditation, exercise and transformational thoughts within our body vessel will sustain it.  This is the only container you have on your journey, take care of it.  Do the work and you will see the results of a healthy body and mind.

Employment –where are your gifts and talents employed? Can you become more involved in it, can you give more of yourself to it rather than only linking it to the payout. Is this where you would like to be? If not what can you do to change it? Whatever idea you hold for your life will be stillborn unless you breathe life into it. Are you breathing life into the purpose of your life? It takes courage to break the mold and chart a new horizon – you have the strength in every fiber of your being to do so if you choose to. Do not settle for less than your greatness.

Love –doesn’t come from a place, person or thing it comes from within. Start with you, loving you as you are – when you sit with yourself rather than running away from it by filling it with things to get done you will being to fall in love. You are then able to connect to this force of love that is in everything and everyone. You don’t have to spend the rest of your life trying to find the one person that will love you in order to complete you in order for you to feel love and be love. Life brings to you what you are. Be happy with whom you are rather than who you would like to be with whom.

Sharing – our life is about being of service. Only through service can we evolve and transcend the limiting idea of self. Regardless of position, race, sexual orientation, status or monetary means we are all interconnected, interdependent we are but one – we are on this personal journey of self discovery but we can only do so through others – we are but the mirror reflecting. Whatever happens to one happens to all.  Let it be our mission to reach out to others regardless of their location – Russia, India, America, Haiti to be of help on some level particularly to our children.

Forgiveness – nothing was ever done to us or unto us that we are not able to release. Whatever thoughts we carry from our parents, society, friends or partners can limit our flow in the present. We can never truly live our best life now if we are using actions or thoughts of what was done to us or what we have done to others in our present moment. Free yourself and others of the blame, guilt or shame. We make room in our lives for our blessings to flow when we release what no longer serves us.

Gratitude – forgiveness frees us from the past but gratitude allows us to live in the present. We get to truly see our life in every moment and be grateful for it. How good it is to be alive in this moment. How good it is that we are able to have this moment. How good it is to be reminded of how good we truly have it. How grateful I am for this sharing. Thank you for showing up on my earth’s course. All is well.

Spirituality – where is your anchor? What keeps you grounded in the knowing of the truth of your being? This connection can only be in a presence far greater than our little self. Whatever name you call this presence you have to anchor in it not only when things doesn’t feel right or when things feel really good but to bury yourself so deep that you stand always in this connection. It is about creating a spiritual practice that will create this unbroken umbilical cord. Of yourself you do nothing.

Be in the game of your life as the player fully present, open and available to every play that shows up. This is not the playoff but your championship game, are you in?
